Features:

1.The fuselage adopts finite element structure analysis and optimization design, with good rigidity and high precision.

2. The oil circuit system adopts Integrated oil circuit servo system, which has good pressure maintaining performance, small impact, reliable action and long service life.

3. Electric adopts PLC computer touch screen centralized control, pressure temperature and other parameters can be adjusted in sections in the touch screen according to the technological requirements, and the control modes include manual, automatic and dotting.

4. Gas control according to the process requirements, set the functions of sectional pressure filling, pressure supplement and pressure reduction to ensure the constant gas pressure in the mold cavity.
